An attraction can be booked for a maximum of 10 visitors in a single transaction. If you need to book for more than 10 visitors, the process needs to be repeated in a new transaction.
Yes, you can make a booking for different attractions for different dates in a single transaction. The ‘Cart’ feature lets you select and book more than one attraction for your proposed dates of visit in a single transaction.
For all activities or attractions, your ticket voucher is only valid on the date and time (where applicable) you selected while booking. Please check the 'How to use' section on the attraction information page on our website www.iindiatrip.com or your voucher details to check your voucher's validity.
To confirm your order we send both a confirmation email and an SMS message. The SMS message is a backup in case you have trouble accessing the email.
The confirmation email will have separate ticket vouchers attached for the different activities or attractions you booked. There will also be an electronically generated invoice attached for your booking.
In most cases, booking is confirmed immediately after the purchase or within 24 hours - unless a different confirmation time is indicated on the activity details.

iIndiaTrip.com accepts all major international credit cards and Amex. For Indian resident, payments can be made via credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, and Rupay), net banking, payment wallet, and UPI.

Yes, we use an online third-party secure payment gateway to process your payment, which has the highest standards of security and control. If you choose to 'save card information', your credit card and debit card details are tokenised and encrypted and stored securely within our payment gateway.
Your credit/debit card, net banking, payment wallet, or UPI account will be charged immediately upon booking.
This could be because of incorrect 3-D Secure answers. 3-D Secure is a method for your credit or debit card company to authenticate online purchases and prevent fraud. We have no control over this process, so if you encounter a problem, please contact your card issuer.
We will send you an electronically generated invoice along with the confirmation email for your booking.
Usually, the attractions do not allow for any changes after the booking, but we’ll certainly do our very best to accommodate you. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll be able to get back to you if the change is possible.
Usually, the attractions follow a non-cancellable, non-refundable, and non-transferable policy with respect to tickets booked through iIndiaTrip.com. As such, iIndiaTrip.com is not obliged to exchange or refund unused tickets but we very much want to help you. In cases where we can provide you with a cancellation and/or refund, we will charge a cancellation fee of 8% of the total order amount to cover payment and order handling costs.

Unfortunately it is not possible to refund tickets when the cancellation request is made post your date of visit in the booking.
iIndiaTrip.com sends any refund request to the bank by the end of the day. Depending on each bank's policy, it can sometimes take up to 15 working days for you to receive the refund in your account.
