How do I register with iIndiaTrip.com?

Click on the 'Register' link in the header of this page or on the homepage of our website www.iindiatrip.com. Enter your name, email, mobile number, and password. Click 'Submit', and you are registered with us. Or, you can simply register using your Gmail or Facebook account.

Do I have to register for booking tickets?

Yes, you’re required to register for booking tickets. It would save you time entering these permanent details every time you book tickets. It would also allow you to view your entire booking history.

Why am I being asked for my mobile number?

Mobile number is only required for the booking confirmation to be sent to you via SMS.

What should I do if I forget my password?

Visit our website www.iindiatrip.com, click 'Sign In', then 'Forgot Password'. Enter the email address that you used to create your iIndiaTrip.com account and we will send you a link to reset your password.

How can I change my email address?

Log in to our website www.iindiatrip.com, then go to your profile by clicking on the top right-hand corner, then select 'Settings'. Enter your preferred email address and click 'Save' at the bottom of the page.

How can I change my mobile number?

Log in to our website www.iindiatrip.com, then go to your profile by clicking on the top right-hand corner, then select 'Settings'. Enter your new mobile number and click 'Save' at the bottom of the page.

How can I reset my password?

Log in to our website www.iindiatrip.com, then go to your profile by clicking on the top right-hand corner, then select 'Settings'. Enter your current password and the preferred new password, and click 'Save' at the bottom of the page. Note that your password is case sensitive and must be 8-12 characters long, at least 1 uppercase letter, at least 1 lowercase letter and at least 1 number.

Why do I need to provide my country and state of residence?

Your country and state of residence is only required to ensure correct classification of Goods and Services Tax introduced by the Government of India, with effect from 1 July 2017. These details are also required for issuing you an electronically generated invoice for your booking.

Booking Process

How do I book an activity?

Find your preferred activity or attraction, check availability for your proposed date of visit and the number of visitors, click 'Book' and continue on to the payment page.

How do I make a group booking?

An attraction can be booked for a maximum of 10 visitors in a single transaction. If you need to book for more than 10 visitors, the process needs to be repeated in a new transaction.

Can I make a booking for different attractions for different dates?

Yes, you can make a booking for different attractions for different dates in a single transaction. The ‘Cart’ feature lets you select and book more than one attraction for your proposed dates of visit in a single transaction.

Do I have to use my ticket voucher on a particular date and time?

For all activities or attractions, your ticket voucher is only valid on the date and time (where applicable) you selected while booking. Please check the 'How to use' section on the attraction information page on our website www.iindiatrip.com or your voucher details to check your voucher's validity.

What do I receive after I make the booking?

To confirm your order we send both a confirmation email and an SMS message. The SMS message is a backup in case you have trouble accessing the email.

The confirmation email will have separate ticket vouchers attached for the different activities or attractions you booked. There will also be an electronically generated invoice attached for your booking.

After I make a booking, how long do I have to wait to receive my ticket voucher?

In most cases, booking is confirmed immediately after the purchase or within 24 hours - unless a different confirmation time is indicated on the activity details.

How can I check my latest booking?

Log in to our website www.iindiatrip.com, access your profile by clicking on the top right-hand corner, then select 'My Bookings' to view the confirmation status of your bookings.

In my order Cart, I see a ‘Convenience fee’ included. What is this?

iIndiaTrip.com incurs costs associated with providing these services. For example, some of these include customer support, technology, payment processing costs, etc. For some attractions, we avoid charging a fee to recover these costs but unfortunately it is not possible for all the attractions.

How can I get directions to the attraction location?

Please check the 'Location' section on the attraction information page on our website www.iindiatrip.com and on your ticket voucher for more information on the activity or the location of the attraction.

Can I make a booking over the telephone?

iIndiaTrip.com is only an online booking service. We may explore bookings over the telephone service in the future.

Do you have a physical office for me to buy tickets for attractions from?

iIndiaTrip.com is only an online booking service. Unfortunately our physical office does not serve as a ticketing office.

Payment Process

Which currencies does iIndiaTrip.com accept?

We currently only accept transactions in Indian Rupee (INR). In the future, we will add more currencies for you to make payments in when you book.

Would there be any transaction fees charged for payment in INR?

Foreign transaction fees may be levied by your card's issuing bank if you pay in a non-local currency (i.e. INR). Please check with your bank if you have any queries prior to making a booking.

What type of payment options do you accept?

iIndiaTrip.com accepts all major international credit cards and Amex. For Indian resident, payments can be made via credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, and Rupay), net banking, payment wallet, and UPI.

Can I pay by cash?

iIndiaTrip.com is only an online booking service. Unfortunately we do not accept cash payments. All bookings must be made over our website or Apps (coming soon).

Is my payment secure?

Yes, we use an online third-party secure payment gateway to process your payment, which has the highest standards of security and control. If you choose to 'save card information', your credit card and debit card details are tokenised and encrypted and stored securely within our payment gateway.

When am I charged for my booking?

Your credit/debit card, net banking, payment wallet, or UPI account will be charged immediately upon booking.

My payments are repeatedly rejected. Why can’t I buy tickets?

This could be because of incorrect 3-D Secure answers. 3-D Secure is a method for your credit or debit card company to authenticate online purchases and prevent fraud. We have no control over this process, so if you encounter a problem, please contact your card issuer.

How do I obtain an invoice for my booking?

We will send you an electronically generated invoice along with the confirmation email for your booking.

Changes & Cancellations

How do I change information about my reservation after I make a booking - for example, if I ordered tickets for the wrong day?

Usually, the attractions do not allow for any changes after the booking, but we’ll certainly do our very best to accommodate you. Please contact us at customersupport@iindiatrip.com and we’ll be able to get back to you if the change is possible.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?

Usually, the attractions follow a non-cancellable, non-refundable, and non-transferable policy with respect to tickets booked through iIndiaTrip.com. As such, iIndiaTrip.com is not obliged to exchange or refund unused tickets but we very much want to help you. In cases where we can provide you with a cancellation and/or refund, we will charge a cancellation fee of 8% of the total order amount to cover payment and order handling costs.

I didn’t use my tickets and the date has passed - can I get a refund?

Unfortunately it is not possible to refund tickets when the cancellation request is made post your date of visit in the booking.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

iIndiaTrip.com sends any refund request to the bank by the end of the day. Depending on each bank's policy, it can sometimes take up to 15 working days for you to receive the refund in your account.

If after these time scales you have still not received your refund, please contact us at customersupport@iindiatrip.com.

What does iIndiaTrip.com do with my personal information?

We only share information with third parties where it is necessary to complete or provide services in relation to your order, such as the attraction you will be visiting. Please read our Terms and Conditions, and Privacy Policy for more information.
